Lo Hei Plate
The act of Lo Hei and eating Yu Sheng during Chinese New Year is a cultural tradition for Chinese in Singapore. Most Singaporeans relate to this simply as an auspicious act that involves proclamation of auspicious wishes while tossing of the ingredients into the air.
